Sales Policy

1. PAYMENT
Please deposit 30% when ordering, the remaining amount must be paid upon receipt.
KENOSHO will refund the remaining amount after deducting the two-way shipping fee if you do not receive the goods.

2. DELIVERY
Free shipping for orders from 1,450,000
For available goods: Delivery from 1-5 days depending on location
For orders: Delivery from 7-15 days depending on location

3. RETURN/ REFUND:
Size / model exchange: KENOSHO supports changing size or model once. Please  notify after 2 days, KENOSHO will receive the goods after 5 days from the date of notification.
Exchange fee: Free exchange fee if the product is defective from KENOSHO. In other cases, you can exchange a product of equal or higher price and please pay the two-way shipping fee when exchanging (if you do not go to the KENOSHO showroom to exchange directly).

 

4. WARRANTY
1st time: KENOSHO offers free tightening and loosening within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please pay the 2-way shipping fee.
2nd time onwards: KENOSHO charges 80,000 VND/time. Please pay the 2-way shipping fee.
KENOSHO replaces the lock for free once within 15 days from the date of purchase.
KENOSHO gives you free buttons for life until KENOSHO runs out of that button model.

5. DESIGN ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS
KENOSHO free design according to your requested measurements
KENOSHO charges 200,000 VND/time when customers request designs for long sleeves, dress length, or change details. Please pay 100% for the order.
